The Greenbriar Inn was built in 1908 and is on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Located in downtown Coeur d’Alene, just four blocks from the lake, The Greenbriar Inn has been totally restored and decorated with an eye to elegant simplicity and comfort with a mix of antique and replica furnishings.

For private events, we offer 2000 square feet of space on the main floor, including a living room, dining room, parlor and sunroom for indoor events. A 150-foot wrap-around deck surrounds the sunroom and looks out over the garden and gazebo.  Brick patios in the front of the house and a shady porch are ideal for fair weather use. Both the decks and patio provide umbrella tables for outdoor dining.
