This spacious ranch-style, air-conditioned home is located on five well-groomed acres along the beautiful Spokane River.

This exclusive bed and breakfast facility can sleep up to six adults. Also, the newly constructed pond and large lawn area is the perfect site for weddings and corporate gatherings.

The entire lower level is dedicated to guests.  It includes two bedrooms overlooking the scenic Spokane River, den area, large bath, and small kitchenette. The Master Suite has a sitting area, library, TV, DVD &VCR.  Depending upon length of stay and desired rooms, the year-round rates range from $100 – $250/night. Each room has a private entry from the driveway and is handicap accessible. A separate nearby 300 sq. ft. studio apartment sleeps an additional two adults and has a full bath, kitchenette, TV/DVD at $100/night. All guests enjoy full gourmet breakfasts in the cedar beamed great room.  The cozy river rock fireplace and large leather couches will keep you warm and comfortable.
