| Oven Temperature | 350 |
| 3 C. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda ¾ tsp. salt 1 C. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 C. packed light brown sugar ¾ C. sugar 2 large eggs 1 T. pure vanilla extract 1 ½ C. dried cranberries 1 ½ C. white chocolate chips or chunks 1 C. coarsely chopped macademia nuts |

| Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper or Silpat liners. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. With a mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugars and mix together well. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and beat just until blended. Stir in cranberries, white chocolate chips and nuts.
Using a tablespoon, drop dough onto sheets, spacing them 1 ½ inches apart. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before removing them to a rack to cool completely. |
